      Responsive (mobile friendly) WordPress website of up to 4 pages and an optional ready-to-use blog, built with Elementor or Divi.

    • Your Email List Connected to Your Site

      Connecting your site with your email marketing service (ConvertKit, and MailChimp supported). includes setting up a popup and your welcome email through your email service provider. If you have a lead magnet file/link, lead magnet delivery can be included.

      If you don't have your email marketing service set up, we can get you going with ConverKit.

    • Your Booking Tool Connected to Your Site

      Connecting your site with you booking tool (Calendly, Acuity, and TidyCal supported)

    especially if you’ve never booked a VIP Day before…

    When you book a Website Setup VIP Day Intensive, you’re not booking me for a set of deliverables. Instead, you’re booking my time, attention, and expertise for the DAY.

    Because of my experience and the process I developed to support the intensive, I can achieve maximum results in our time together.

    How much we can accomplish during your VIP Day depends on your quick response to my messages throughout our day and thoroughly completing the prep work prior to your VIP Day. Please keep this in mind when picking your date.

    What’s Included?

    This Website Setup Intensive includes a VIP Day that is totally dedicated to you and your brand, as well as:

    • Your Website Quick Start Guide
    • Pre VIP Day Strategy Power Hour (it’s actually an hour and a half of deep dive into your business to get us started)
    • Two Quick Clarity Sessions for VIP Day prep work extra support
    • VIP Day Kickoff Session during the week before the VIP day
    • Post Intensive Follow-up Session a day or two after your VIP Day
    • 30 Days Post Intensive Email Support
    • Limited Time Bonus: Get an additional Strategy Power Hour either before the Kickoff Session or up to a month after your VIP Day.

    You have 90 days to conclude your VIP day from the time of booking.

    Total of Six 1:1 Sessions

    How does the intensive work?

    1. Book A Discovery Call (optional, but highly recommended)

    We will discuss your website needs and how the intensive works to see if it’s a good fit. If it is, hop on and book your VIP Day!

    2. Book Your VIP Day

    Pick a day when you’re available virtually for input and feedback while I build your website.
    Allow for at least 3 weeks between the time of booking and the VIP Day, so you can complete the prep work.
    A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book.

    3. Deep Dive Power Hour

    The power-hour ignites the entire process. We’ll review where you are now and where you want to be, so we can build a website to match your goals.
    We’ll also go over the content and timeline of the Intensive, after which I will tailor my workbooks for your project and send them your way.

    4. Do the Prep Work

    I’ll guide you in making website related decisions, collecting graphics, writing copy, etc. I’ll provide instruction, templates, recipes, and worksheets to make the prep-work easy.
    You’ll have till the kick-off meeting to complete the prep-work (usually at least 10 days).

    5. VIP Day Kick-Off Session

    The Kick-Off Session comes a few days before the VIP Day.
    By this meeting you will submit all your pre-work, so we can review to make sure we have everything for the big day.
    We’ll also prioritize our to do list for the VIP Day, identifying “nice to have” level items.

    6. Your VIP Day

    On the big day, I’ll work on your site and communicate with you via email & Voxer. You’ll be available for questions, input, & feedback.
    By the end of the day, you’ll have a final draft of your website ready for final review.

    7. Post VIP Day Support

    The day after your VIP Day, we’ll have one last session for refinements and touch-ups.
    I’ll provide a written summary and a video walk-through of the work we did.
    You’ll have 30 days of email support for questions related to the work we did in the Intensive.
